Delivery & returns

Every Happy Cacti and Happy Sher card is designed, printed and packed by us in the UK. Here's how it gets to you.

UK delivery

Royal Mail 1st Class: £1.70. Royal Mail aims to deliver the next working day after we post it.
Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For: £3.60. The same speed, signed for on arrival.

International delivery

Europe, tracked: £9.50. Usually 3 to 5 working days after dispatch.
Rest of the world, tracked: £11.50. Usually 6 to 7 working days after dispatch.

International orders may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country. These are paid by the recipient.

When we post

Every card is printed to order, so please allow up to 3 working days for us to print and post it. Delivery times above start from when we post your order. For a birthday or big day, order a week ahead to be safe, or set up our free birthday reminders.

Royal Mail delays and strikes are outside our control. If your card hasn't arrived after 10 working days (UK) or 20 working days (international), email us and we'll sort it.

Returns

Because every card is made to order, we can't accept returns for a change of mind. If a card arrives damaged, misprinted or isn't the one you ordered, email info@happycacti.com within 14 days with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund.
