  1. Delivery Guide Please note that there may be Royal Mail delays or strikes. It is the customer's responsibility to check the Royal Mail website for updates on their local area.

  2. Valentine's Day Shipping For Valentine's Day, free delivery for cards will be available until 9th February 2023 and for everything else, until 6th February 2023.

  3. Greeting Cards (U.K) The following shipping options are available for customers within the U.K:

  • Royal Mail 2nd Class (Free): Aims to deliver within two to three working days including Saturdays.
  • Royal Mail 1st Class/+Tracked: Aims to deliver the next working day including Saturdays, with a cost of £1.00-£2.50.
  • Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm®: Full tracking and signature on delivery, guaranteed next day delivery by 1pm, with a cost of £6.99.

  1. International Standard International Standard delivery has a cost of £2.50 and aims to deliver to Europe within 3-5 working days, and worldwide within 6-7 working days.

  2. Mugs and Tote Bags (U.K) The following shipping options are available for customers within the U.K:

  • Royal Mail 48 Hours/+Tracked: Aims to deliver within two to three working days with a cost of £1.99.
  • Royal Mail 24 Hours/+Tracked: Aims to deliver the next working day with a cost of £3.99-4.99.
  • DPD Courier Service (Tracked): Aims to deliver within one day with a cost of £6.99.
  1. Shipping for Mugs and Cards If a customer orders a mug and a card, standard shipping will be applied, costing £2.99 which is Royal Mail 48 Hours Tracked. The same applies for tote bags.
